Rice Park is a winter wonderland throughout all of Saint Paul Winter Carnival.  It is free and open to the public.  Highlights include ice sculptures on display, sit in a Royal Throne made of ice, view the Ice Castle Sponsor Wall,  live entertainment on the Rice Park stage, vendor booths and other activities.

It is decorate with beautiful lights and greenery.

And, if you’re so inclined, enjoy a Summit beer or Cannon River wine at the ice bar!
