We are turning Rice Park into Ice Park in 2025! This signature Winter Carnival event returns but bigger and better, as blocks of ice are transformed into beautiful masterpieces by ice carvers. Endless photo opportunities will be available in Ice Park with amazing creations in ice!

Both team and individual ice carving competitions kick off on the evening of January 23rd and are guided by a strict set of rules, requiring artists to utilize their best creative thinking. Ice sculptures can be viewed throughout Rice Park during the 10 days of Carnival (January 23-February 2, 2025), weekdays 4-10 pm, Saturdays 10 am-10 pm and Sundays 10 am-5 pm.
