YEE HAW… Cowboys, Cowgirls, and Cow Folks!!!!

You are invited to attend the 2023 West Wind Organization Dinner!! This event is the wildest boot-knocking and 10-gallon-hat-wearing hoedown during Winter Carnival.

During our dinner we will say Farewell to our beloved 2022 West Wind Prince Dave Gagnon and his West Wind Princess Shannon Baier and Guard Emma Flood. Our Honored Guest for this event will be the new 2023 West Wind Prince, Mike Cummings, and Lady of the West, Tina Cummings and Princess, Dee Barrett.

Ambassador Annual Meeting

Come to the Annual Meeting of the Ambassadors on Tuesday, May 9th at 6pm at the Croation Hall in South Saint Paul.

2019 Saint Paul Winter Carnival

It’s the most wonderful time of the year: the 133rd Saint Paul Winter Carnival, the “Coolest Celebration on Earth” since 1886. The Winter Carnival continues to bring family-friendly events and community pride to Saint Paul and the Twin Cities metro area.

Most events are FREE and open to the public.
Events primarily take place in downtown Saint Paul, in and around Kellogg Mall Park and the Landmark Center, as well as at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
Enjoy live entertainment in Kellogg Mall Park, watch ice carvers compete to create the best masterpiece, visit vendor booths, and more!
Enjoy hot mulled wine, beer, and other beverages at the ice bar in Kellogg Mall Park.

2024 East Wind Dinner

Please join us in your finest purple garb as we honor the 2023 Euros Lew Vogel and his Lady Kay!

Dinner- 7:00 PM

Tickets are $65 each. RSVP by January 16, 2024 and pay online HERE. When you purchase your tickets, please specify your food selection (Chicken, Steak or Fish), the names of the attendees you are purchasing tickets for, and whom you would like to be seated with during the dinner.

Junior Royalty Taco Fundraiser

Come join and support the Junior Royalty for their Annual Taco Fundraiser. There will be a Silent Auction, Meat Raffle, desserts for sale, and best of all… meet the new candidates!!

Tickets are $15 and can be purchased in advance from a candidate or at the door. Support the Junior Royalty Program with friends and family and have some great food at the same time!
