It’s official – the 2024 Saint Paul Winter Carnival is back, better than ever!  Join us at Rice Park and help celebrate the start of “The Coolest Celebration on Earth” on Thursday, January 25, 2024.  Gather your family and friends at Rice Park starting at 5:30 p.m., and at 6 p.m. there will be an AWESOME Laser Light Show, Presented by the Star of Boreas. Then we will “Light The Park” with help from the Royal Family, the Vulcans and the community members that gather in the park.  The first 200 people to arrive at the park will receive glow wand to light up at 6 p.m. that night.  Have your own favorite glow stick or light-up item?  Bring it with and help us Light The Park!  The Royal Family will announce the kickoff to Carnival, and you can watch the ice carvers as they begin their beautiful ice sculptures, enjoy beverages at the ice bar, view the beautiful lights of Rice Park and the City of Saint Paul, and immediately after, more fun ensues with music by DJ Digie, food and beverages in the Hamernick’s Flooring Solutions Entertainment Chalet!
