We are thrilled to announce a new chapter for our Queen of the Snows Program! As we embark on our 2026 journey and the 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival, we are committed to creating innovative processes that will pave the way for the future success of our organization and everyone involved with it.

We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to Jennifer Battan, who has been a great leader of our leadership program for women over the past three years. Her dedication and her contributions have laid a strong foundation for our continued growth. Thank you, Jen!
