Phil Schenkenberg

For over 23 years, Phil Schenkenberg has been a steadfast guardian of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival, playing a pivotal role in securing its future. His influence has sparked volunteerism, ensuring Carnival remains a beloved community tradition. With a commitment to cooperation and continuous improvement, Phil has tirelessly refined processes to enhance the Carnival experience year after year.

Beyond Carnival, Phil’s dedication to community service shines just as brightly. As a Think Tank Advisor for the Cyber Security Summit, he lends his expertise for the greater good.
