Enhance your participation with the Saint Paul Winter Carnival by joining the Festival Committee! Committee members are an integral part of the planning process for annual Carnival activities, from theme days to volunteer needs to Legend events.

Frozen Family Fun Night Coordinator
Build excitement around one of the Winter Carnival’s integral themes by incorporating new ideas into this fun theme night. Organize activities for children and families inside Landmark Center that may include appearances by Frozen’s Ana & Elsa, family-friendly entertainment, contests, games and more!
Frozen Bags Tournament Coordinator
Our “Freeze Your Bags Off Tournament” occurs on the final Friday and Saturday of Winter Carnival. 16 teams compete in single elimination tournaments, and the overall winner of each tournament wins prizes. The Frozen Bags Tournament Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the tournament.
Photographers help capture all the Winter Carnival events and moments. Photos are used for our website, future promotional events, and for the public to view.
